By participating in this Sweepstakes and using the Sweepstakes hashtag as detailed below, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and Entrants represent that they satisfy all the eligibility requirements below. The following promotion is intended for participants in the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not proceed in this promotion if you are not a legal U.S. resident residing in the fifty (50) United States or Washington D.C. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the official rules (“Official Rules”) below.
The Buldak Crawl Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:00:00 pm PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Samyang America, Inc., 140 S State College Blvd, Brea, CA 92821 (“Sponsor”). The administrator of this Sweepstakes is Creative Zing Promotion Group, 2100 E Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32803 (“Administrator”). The Sponsor and Administrator are collectively referred to below as the “Sweepstakes Entities”.
Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the legal age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry and who meet all other requirements in these Official Rules (each an “Entrant”). Employees of Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective subsidiaries, agencies, shareholders, officers, directors, members, successors, agents, and assigns, together with the Immediate Family Members and Household Members of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, “Household Members” means those people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether or not related; “Immediate Family Members” means parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. Sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
To participate, Entrant must be a registered user of Instagram or TikTok (each a “Social Media Platform” and collectively, the “Social Media Platforms”). Registration on each Social Media Platform is free and can be obtained at https://www.instagram.com or https://www.tiktok.com/. Entrants must comply with the Terms of Use/Terms of Service for the applicable Social Media Platform(s) used for entry. Entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the Social Media Platform account used for entry. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential Winner, the Entrant or potential Winner will be deemed the natural person in whose name the email account associated with the Social Media Platform account was opened, and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. If a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential Winner cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Entrant must have a non-private account on the Social Media Platform used for entry.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants must create a unique and original post (“Post”) comprised of a video of up to :30 seconds (“Video”), or photograph (“Photo”) created by Entrant showcasing their hottest food reaction or favorite food picture, tag @Buldak_global, and include the hashtag “#BuldakCrawlSweepstakes” (the “Hashtag”) in the caption of the Post (NOT in the comments), for the entry to be valid (each an “Entry” and collectively the “Entries”). Entrant must maintain a non-private account on the Social Media Platform used for Entry for fifteen (15) days following the Sweepstakes Period for an Entry to be eligible.
By posting an Entry, Entrant represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the Entry and have all the necessary rights to use the Entry for the Sweepstakes. Limit five (5) Entries per Entrant, regardless of method of Entry. Entries must be received by 11:00:00 pm PT on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. If Entries exceed the Entry limitations, only the first five (5) eligible Entries will be considered for purposes of the Sweepstakes.
IMPORTANT: Entrant’s Entry may appear in the Sponsor’s social media stream. If Entrant does not want their Entry to be made public, they should not enter the Sweepstakes. Being selected as a featured Entry during the Sweepstakes Period has no bearing on the outcome of the Sweepstakes.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) Sponsor is granting Entrant a limited right to use Sponsor’s trademarks (if applicable) solely for the purposes of the Sweepstakes, (b) any goodwill emanating from the use of any trademark shall inure solely to the benefit of Sponsor (if applicable) and its affiliates and subsidiaries, (c) Entrant shall have no right, title or interest in the trademarks (including, without limitation, those of Sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies), and (d) any unauthorized use of any of the trademarks other than as permitted by these Official Rules may constitute intellectual property infringement. Entrant may not use the trademarks for any purpose outside of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation, any commercial purpose.
Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to request that an Entrant edit or completely remove any content that may intentionally or unintentionally violate the Official Rules. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to allow for minor fluctuations in these requirements (including, but not limited to timing) based on clear intent to comply with the Official Rules, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities will determine in their sole discretion which Entries have satisfied the eligibility requirements.
No automated Entry devices and/or programs permitted. All Instagram and TikTok terms and conditions apply. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Social Media Platform account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods may void that Entrant’s Entries and result in disqualification of that Entrant, at Sponsor’s discretion. Receipt of Entries will not be acknowledged. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST ENTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally. Sponsor has the right to change the Sweepstakes Period and all other dates or deadlines set in connection with this Sweepstakes, at any time and in its sole discretion, and notice will be posted on Sponsor’s Instagram and TikTok account.
As a condition of participation, the Entrant agrees to be contacted by the Sweepstakes Entities. On or about Friday, April 24, 2026, four (4) potential winners (each a potential “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from all eligible Entries received. Each potential Winner will be notified within approximately two (2) business days via the Social Media Platform associated with the Entry in the form of a direct message and/or comment from Sponsor. Each potential Winner will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of attempted notification. The failure to respond within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the prize. The potential Winner will be required to verify address, sign, and return within three (3) days of receipt one or more forms covering eligibility, liability, advertising and (unless prohibited by law) publicity rights and such other documents as Sponsor or Administrator may provide (collectively, “Prize Acceptance Forms”). Failure to return the Prize Acceptance Forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential Winner from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential Winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If the prize is awarded but goes unclaimed or is forfeited by recipient, such prize may not be re-awarded, in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
Four (4) prizes are available (each a “Prize”). Each Prize consists of the following:
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven Dollars and Sixty Nine Cents ($1,247.69).
The cumulative retail value of all Prizes available in this Sweepstakes: $4,990.76.
Prize Provisions: Limit one (1) Prize per household. Unless otherwise stated, Prizes will be delivered to the address provided on the Prize Claim Form within up to 8 weeks following the completion of the verification process. All values are listed in U.S. dollars. The Winner cannot assign or transfer the Prize claim to another person. No cash alternatives or Prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sweepstakes Entities. Each Winner is solely responsible for reviewing the list of ingredients for any Prize item consisting of a packaged food to ensure it is compliant with any Winner dietary restrictions or food allergies. If a Prize cannot be awarded or fulfilled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities, a substitute Prize of comparable or greater retail value may be awarded. The ARV is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed. Other restrictions may apply. The Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Any depictions of Prizes are for illustrative purposes only. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Other restrictions may apply. If a Prize is awarded but goes unclaimed or is forfeited by recipient, the Prize may not be re-awarded, in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any Prize, each Entrant agrees to release the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective successors, employees, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and Meta, Inc. and TikTok from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of a Prize. Each Entrant authorizes the Sweepstakes Entities to use their Entry, username, name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and Entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, and on a Winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sweepstakes Entities are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) any injuries, losses, liabilities or damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a Prize including participation in any activity or travel related thereto, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Entry or other materials; (iv) late, lost, delayed, stolen, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible Entry, regardless of the method of transmission; (v) any inability of a Winner to accept or use any Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason and such Prize or portion thereof shall be forfeited; or (vi) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, extenuating circumstance or other problem/cause corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, will select the Winner(s) from eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities may prohibit Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sweepstakes Entities representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY AWARD AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND 3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes the Entrant may have with, or claims Entrant may have against, the Released Parties relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (i) the Sweepstakes, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any Prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (the “Forum”) and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Code of Procedure established by the Forum. The arbitration shall be held at a location determined by the Forum pursuant to the Code of Procedure, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the Entrant and Sponsor. The arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable Entrant may have entered into in connection with the Sweepstakes. There shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the Entrant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. The arbitrator shall not have the power to award special or punitive damages against the Entrant or Released Parties. For more information on the Forum and/or the Forum’s Code of Procedure, please visit their website at www.arb-forum.com. If any part of this Arbitration Provision is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of this Arbitration Provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
The information provided by Entrants will only be used as provided in these Official Rules or the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. See Sponsor’s Privacy Notice at https://buldak.com/us/privacy-policy/ for details regarding the use of personal information. In case of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, these Official Rules shall control. By participating, the Entrant permits the Sponsor to share the Entrant’s name, email address, phone number, and any other personally identifiable information with the Administrator solely for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration and fulfillment.
